1. Return Eligibility

At Vinayak Dry Fruits, we value customer satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality dry fruits in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.


2. Conditions for Return

Returns are applicable only for products that are damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect. Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, returns will not be accepted for opened, partially used, or wrongly handled products.


3. Product Condition

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals, tags, and labels intact. Products that fail to meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.


4. How to Initiate a Return

You can easily create a return request directly from your account dashboard on our website. To use this feature, you need to create an account first. Follow this link to create your account and access your dashboard: account.vinayakdryfruits.com. From the dashboard, you can view all your orders and initiate a return request quickly and easily.


5. Alternative Return Request Method

If you do not have an account or face any issues, you can still initiate a return by contacting us at 7879382464 or emailing vinayakdryfruits2025@gmail.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos for faster processing.


6. Pickup & Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, our team will schedule a pickup or provide guidance on how to send the product back safely. If self-shipping is required, keep the courier receipt as proof.


7. Quality Check

Returned products undergo a quality inspection after receipt. Refunds are approved only if the returned items meet our return conditions. Products not meeting quality requirements will be returned to the customer.


8. Refund Timeline

After successful inspection and approval, we process your refund within 7 business days. The refunded amount is credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.


9. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or wrong product), shipping charges are refunded. However, returns due to customer reasons do not include refunding the shipping cost.


10. Proof of Issue

We recommend recording a video or taking photos while opening your package to support any damage or discrepancy claims. This ensures faster approval of your return request.


11. Special Cases

Items bought during sales or clearance events may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrect. Such items will be clearly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
